While we haven’t announced a time frame for the release, rest assured that Finale 2014 is the version for the 2015-2016 school year. So I have no idea where the cursor is and can't choose the note I want to add. When I choose the 'simple entry' tool, the cursor disappears when I put it over measures.

Why didn't they let me download Finale 2014 I'm on a Mac 10.7.5 and can't upgrade to higher. This may only affect Macs, as the key commands are system-specific. This data plays a crucial role in the course of Finale development, including the creation of Finale 2014.5. However, after purchasing, I got a link to download Finale 2014.5. The first iteration of the left key command selects that character, but nothing else seems to happen on subsequent iterations of the key command. In fact, I think they are pasting a non-printing non-spacing character (as I have to press several times to get past this point in the text object).ī) if the cursor is placed to the right of a space or punctuation mark

The first iteration works as expected, the second iteration deletes the selected word and selects the next word to the left, but further iterations appear to be doing nothing.

In this case, two outcomes:Ī) if the cursor is placed to the right of a word:
